  • CANDIDATE SEARCH: Develop a pool of potential candidates for an open position through research on Internet job boards, LinkedIn and other Internet resources.

  • E-MAIL REVIEW: Retrieve and review all incoming resumes in client’s e-mail Inbox by direct remote access.

  • CANDIDATE SCREENING: Review and evaluate candidate resumes, and match qualifications and experience to the position requirements. Add qualified resumes to client’s database and prepare a call list of candidates.

  • JOB POSTINGS: Post open positions on Internet job boards and other Internet sites.

  • E-MAIL COMMUNICATION: Send individual, position-specific e-mails to candidates or bulk e-mail to a large group.

  • DATABASE CLEAN-UP AND UPDATE: Delete old information and duplicate records from database.  Check accuracy of current information and update as necessary.

  • DATABASE EXPANSION: Identify relevant individuals in specific industries by researching professional and trade organizations and other Internet resources, and enter their profiles including contact information into client’s database. 

  • INDUSTRY RESEARCH: Conduct internet research on specific industries and companies related to a recruiting desk specialty and add information to your database.
